W nocy, nie mogę spać, wciąż się budzę- At night, I can't sleep, I still wake up

Proszę usiąść prosto- Please sit up straight

Osłucham Pana- I will listen to you

Proszę głęboko oddychać- Please breathe deeply

Wdech i wydech- Inhale and exhale

Proszę wstrzymać oddech- Please hold your breath

Dziękuję, to wszystko- Thank you, that is all

Proszę się ubrać- Please dress up

Narzekać- Complain
